Food rich in fruits and fresh vegetables reduces the risk of cancer, cataract, diabetes, heart attack, etc. People should avoid eating fast foods, oily foods, soft drinks and fatty foods. In our daily life, it is very important to maintain a proper diet.

- Exercise daily for at least half an hour.

- Be sure to get plenty of sleep. Six to eight hours of sleep will keep the body going throughout the day. If in case you’re tired after your work, do take some nap just for half & hour. Stay motivated set your goal, keep a positive mindset.
- Don’t compare yourself to others. Think about your body frame size. Make your own Goals. Everyone is different. Trying to look like someone else isn’t going to help you achieve your goal. But experts say that comparing yourself to others can be damaging. Try exercising daily, have positive statements about yourself. Target on your fitness and diet to be healthy.
